When using a batch certificate, devices require an additional approval stage in SquareOne Companion before the device will complete the registration process. This is to ensure all devices that connect are authorized. 

This process can later be automated or guided, based on information passed during registration time (e.g. auto-approval of known good serial numbers or MAC addresses).

Pending Devices

A list of devices awaiting approval can be accessed through the following button on the Settings Screen:

Additionally, the Useful Links section of the Devices Screen indicates if devices are awaiting approval: 

The resulting screen shows a list of devices in the Pending state. From here, each device can be Approved or Denied, through the action icons. 

Device Approval Status

A devices individual registration/approval status can be seen under the Management tab of the Device Management Screen, as follows:

Individual devices can also be Approved or Denied from this screen, using the buttons provided.
